youtube social bookmark

YouTube has introduced serveral features today, including social bookmarking icons on the video pages, “block user” feature next to each comment on your video, more cuztomizable channels, view videos with the most responses, and more!

I am not a big fan of YouTube after all, so may I ask a question… Is it new that YouTube moved their support center to Google?
