YouTube Russia officially launched today (though it may have launched last month, unofficially). The front page of the site features several videos created by YouTube users relating to YouTube. Like the one above of people saying “YouTube Hello” in Russian, this video of someone graffit-ing a YouTube logo, and other videos doing different things with the “YouTube Hello” message.

I think they had a launch party earlier in Moscow, and YouTube star Terra Naomi from the U.S. was invited to perform there.
