Longest Video on YouTube
YouTube January 13th, 2008 - By HaochiInternet celebrity Charles Trippy created the longest video on YouTube - claiming it to be 9 hours and 15 minutes (though the YouTube player shows 4 and a half hours). Like the world’s longest movie - The Cure for Insomnia (87 hours) - this YouTube video has no plot and probably can cure insomnia. :)

Doesn’t YouTube have some limit on the leghnth of videos? At one time I believe it was 30 minutes, apparently as an anti-piracy measure.
Has that changed or been eliminated? Otherwise how is this video so long?

I believe that there’s no length limit if your account is director, comedian, musician, or guru [ more info here ].

this is the stupidest thing ive ever not seen. Anyone can make a video about nothing and let the camera roll while nothing happens. This guy truelly has no class, talent or balls to do something really fantastic..
