6384 MB Storage Remaining

You won’t believe this, I got 6 GB from Google Picasa for free. I am not sure how this happen, but Inferno at Google Blogoscoped forum tell me that “Google wants to see what you do when you suddenly get huge space. Upload more or keep it empty.” and he suggest me to “Upload as much as you can may be this will encourage them to increase everyone’s space.” TOMHTML is also reporting he got an extra 6 GB.

Yeah, pretty much, and unlike Flickr, you can only upload JPG files.

I am wary of this 6GB, because it may have a time limit. Also, “Google may delete photos if account not paid”…I read this somewhere in their terms
I am skeptical

Well, I still have my free upgrade after a year. Yeah, there IS mention in their TOS that they may delete the photos when the upgrade expired. If you are skeptical, I will suggest you to use Flickr because they said that they will keep your photos even if your upgrade is expired.
