Google Wants to “Redefine Your World”?

redefine your world

Arizona State University is running a survey asking whether its students would like to test-drive and provide feedback for an “exciting project” by “a major internet company”. Some of the questions kinda revealed that company to be Google (”Do you have a Gmail account?” and “Are you willing to sign a [NDA]?” - a common practice of Google) and this project is likely to be a 3D social network, like Second Life, as many speculated.

I don’t know, it sounds a little creepy to me.

Last Friday, Google celebrated PCWorld naming Google Apps Premier Edition as the No.1 of the 100 Best Product of 2007.

On Friday at our company-wide TGIF, we celebrated PC World naming Google Apps Premier Edition #1 on their list of The 100 Best Products of 2007. Google Apps beat out the Nintendo Wii, Apple TV, and the Slingbox Pro, further reinforcing the convergence between business and consumer technology. Internally, Google Apps is a collaboration between Google enterprise and consumer teams. It’s great to see that it’s paying off.

The cake looks good but what’s with the train?

FeedBurner: Let’s Party!

feedburner team

After the official announcement of the Google-FeedBurner acquisition, the FeedBurner team had the final party as the FeedBurner team. I was probably subscribing their blogs when they were partying. (no, I was not at the party)

I have put up a feed of all FeedBurner team members’ blogs (13 but expanding. Flickr stream included) using Google Reader, you can subscribe it here.

I didn’t know that Google has a alcohol policy… Well, I don’t drink. That’s it. :)
