It only seems to change “she” to “he”. When you search for things that should clearly be changed from “he” to “she”, like “he was pregnant”, or “he gave birth”, or “he had a hysterectomy”, or “he had uterine cancer”, or “he had ovarian cancer”, it does not recommend a “did you mean:”

When searching for ‘he got pregnant’, there’s always “the woman”, “the girlfriend”, and all that* infront of the query, followed by “abortion”. Oh, man.
*such as “a woman he got pregnant”

what about the hysterectomy or ovarian cancer?
Can you find anything that it will suggest “he” instead of “she”?
