Google Calculator is Broken
Google January 1st, 2007 - By HaochiA bad start for Google this year, a Gmail bug that caused a huge chaos on the “influential Digg and Slashdot“, Gmail’s capacity stopped increasing, and now, one of my most used Google Search feature - Google Calculator, has broken down. Simple math like 1+1 does not return 2, not even to mention to finding “the answer to life, the universe, and everything“.
The Y2K+7 bug in GoogleOS.
UPDATE: Oops, forgot to mention that it works when you use the Google Suggest feature in Firefox 2.0, but if you are working on some math problems that have so many digits, you might want to use other calculators. Thanks Jon. :)
Another Update: It’s back now ;)- Hooray!
[Thanks Tom and Stan Yavno]

It still seems to work when accessed via the suggest feature of Firefox 2.0.
