Google Code Jam 2006 is open for registration now!
Google’s annual online coding competition presents participants with a series of challenges that they must use their programming skills and creativity to solve. The top 100 contestants win an all expenses paid trip to New York City to compete in the finals at Google’s New York Engineering Office.
Other than going to the NYC office, there’s a minimum prize of $750 for 51st - 100th place, and the Grand Prize is $10,000 dollar! The registration starts today and will be closed on September 5, the qualifying round begins on the same day. The Championship Round will be on October 27.
Last year’s champion was Marek Cygan from Poland. TopCoder!
