Google Maps Recent Edits

The Google Maps team recently created a little toy called Recent Edits Viewer where you can view the recent edits made with the location correction feature on Google Maps. This is pretty much like the Flickrvision, Twittervision, and ehh, WikipediaVision.
You can grab the data file (updates periodically) here to build your own app or do whatever you want with it.

Hello,
How often are satalite photos updated on google earth?or how can I get an area updated?
the area is 6 months old and there has beentons of construction
