Google UK Lauched Click-to-Call

David in the Google Blogoscoped forum reported that Google UK has lauched Click-to-Call service.
After you click on the phone button, it will have a little drop-down, like this,
And then you can enter your phone number there and start talking to the advertiser. According to Google, this services is free, for both long distance and local, however, if you are on a cellphone, fee may apply. Evilgreenmonkey in SEW said, “I actually prefer this ‘Don’t Call Us, We’ll Call You‘ model”.
Not sure if you can enter an international number, if I am calling from here in U.S. to UK(as if I am searching using Google UK), do I need to enter +1(areacode)phone-number? Also, there’s a problem that what if someone enter your phone number?
