I remember a while ago a Google Video user posted a thread on Google’s Video Group about having a rating system. And today, Google is having the rating system, along with commenting and labling system, in Google Video!

These ratings are also displaying on the front page and search pages as well. Because this is really new, Google have not yet post their Commenting Policy on the help page.
