How To: Lock a GrandCentral Account
GrandCentral, HowTo August 2nd, 2007 - By Haochi
It’s not all that hard to have your/someone else’s GrandCentral account locked. You will just need to enter the wrong password when signing in GrandCentral repeatedly (~10x) and the account shall be automatically locked. Once the account is locked, it will take the GC folks a couple of days/weeks to reinstate the account.
I supposed that GrandCentral uses this as a security feature to fight against password attack, but geez, please send me an re-activation link to my email when my account is locked instead of having me to contact your for support and wait a whole week for a human reply? That’s just a whole lot of trouble.
The worst part is that anyone can lock your account*. The only requirement is your GC username or your email address that’s associate with GC.
Anyways, don’t abuse this “feature”. :)
*I could be wrong though.

I have the same problem. How do you contact support. I spent an hour trying to figure it out and gave up?

I send my emails to support@grandcentral.com. It will take a few days/weeks as I mentioned. Hope that helps. :)

I have found a solution to this problem.
If you are locked out simply request to reset your password, click on the e-mail confirmation to change, and then log in with your new password. Viola!
