Google is now asking you to improve the translation qualities of their translation service, for those language that are still in the beta stage, such as Chinese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic.

By click on “Suggest a better translation” on the pop up that show up when you hover over the texts, you can edit, or rewrite the translation, and submit it by clicking on the “Contribute” button.

“Thank you for contributing your translation suggestion to Google Translate.” is the message you will see after clicking the button.

Another service allows users to contribute is the Image Labeler that Google launched in September last year. Google Maps also allows you to do some contributions - by adding your business info to the listing and to edit unverified business addresses.
