Google has added two new buttons to Google Picasa Web Albums. The first button, “Upload Photos”, is shown on the “My Photos” page, and the “Launch Picasa” button is shown on every upload pages. The Upload Photo button does a similar job as clicking “New Album”, but you can choose an existing album to upload the photos to. As for the “Launch Picasa” button, I think you will see it anyways, whether you have it install or not, but Google will show download links for Picasa and the Mac Uploader.
