Wikipedia Oneboxed
Google January 28th, 2007 - By HaochiGoogle has finally included Wikipedia to its famous Onebox technology. All you need to do is include “info” or “information” in the query.
Google has mashed Wikipedia entries with the search result pages on SearchMash, Google’s playground, for quite sometimes now.
When you look up for “info Microsoft“, Google will display Microsoft Game Studios as the Onebox result, instead of Microsoft itself. Is Google doing this on purpose? I don’t know, they have been a little evilish lately. ![]()
note: the “info:” operator is use to look up a website’s information.
