YouTube PageRank Dropped to 3
YouTube October 27th, 2007 - By HaochiMany sites are affected by the recent PageRank update, including the respectable Search Engine Journal, ProBlogger, Forbes, etc… To be fair, Google dropped YouTube’s PageRank value from 8 to 3.
No word on whether or not this is related to the recent new design proposal. The algorithm probably has something against the use of red with the combination of mouseover navigation menus. XD

Haochi, you’re so biased to red! It is very strange though …

Red is aggressive, sign of hazard or danger, …
Blue is quite, safe and calm… Google bot knows it !

Red also means happiness, good fortune in Chinese … so .. Google bots has to be Americans.

It’s strange it dropped so low…because, wtf, youtube is everywhere o_0
I think it’s temporary from a glitch or something, I’ve seen many sites that go from 2PR to 5PR for some days for example.

Ha! Your page rank is higher than YouTube’s.
You’d think that all company’s owned by Google would automatically get a 10, at least on the main, site-controlled pages.
BTW- is your Firefox really that uncluttered? Where’s your link bar? Your Google Tool bar?

Oh, I just removed the bookmarks toolbar temporary when taking this screen shot, but it’s in fact really organized. :)
